Fishing Regulations

The Cherokee Nation Fish and Wildlife Association wants Cherokee citizens to enjoy fishing in perpetuity. The best way to accomplish this is by making sure we do not overfish or pollute our streams, rivers and lakes.

With any fishing license, there is a duty to follow all laws and regulations that protect Oklahoma’s fish species and all people who enjoy Oklahoma’s natural beauty.

You can find all of Oklahoma’s fishing rules and regulations in the Oklahoma Fishing Regulation Guide, provided by the Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation (PDF viewer required).
