Cherokee Nation’s 14-county jurisdiction includes dozens of lakes with thousands of miles of picturesque shorelines.  

 

Two of Oklahoma’s “big three” lakes are located in Cherokee Nation—Grand Lake O’ The Cherokees and Tenkiller Ferry Lake.

 

The extraordinary number of lakes in this state—203 in total—create an incredibly diverse selection of outdoor recreation in Cherokee Nation.
